Managing for Effective Ministry 360° Survey

Duration: 1 day

Managing for Effective Ministry covers 33 management and leadership practices that distinguish effective managers from ineffective ones. Participants learn the concepts and skills needed to fulfill six key managerial roles: visionary, orienteer, investor, information manager, influencer, and leader. You will look at these competencies individually and prioritize them for your environment.

The design of Managing for Effective Ministry is based on the premise that, to be effective in a dynamic environment, leaders must understand how they contribute to organizational success and must be able to assess the value of their own contributions on an ongoing basis.

This unit makes use of a 360° Feedback Survey which enables participants to see how their effectiveness is currently perceived by themselves and others.

The 17 Indisputable Laws of Teamwork

Duration: 2-3 days

Why do some teams go straight to the top, seeing their vision become reality, while others seem to go nowhere? The greatest challenge of learning about teamwork is that even people who’ve taken a team to the highest level in their field sometimes are not able to identify what separates a great team from a collection of individuals.

Through this course written by Dr Maxwell, he demystifies the process of building a winning team, making it simple to grasp, retain, and put into practice.

No matter what the size of your team is, this workshop will encourage you to devote yourself to the process of learning to be a great team member and team builder. Never forget that no matter what you do in life:

‘It takes teamwork to make the dream work.’
