Duration: 1 day

Leaders come in many varieties, ranging from the charismatic visionary to the unassuming team player who helps peers work together to accomplish goals set by others. In a successful organization, leaders can be found at every level. Empower your staff to lead by helping them to understand their personal leadership style.

DISC will help you and your team:

Based on the Materials from Million Leaders Mandate by EQUIP, this half day seminar coaches new or mature believers in Christ on crafting their Personal Ministry Mission, Vision, Values and Goals that serve God’s plan in the home, church and marketplace.

Identify your Spiritual Gifts, Talents and Potential for Leadership

Duration: 1 day

One of the most important discoveries you will make as a Christian leader is the discovery of the gifts and talents that God has placed inside of you as a believer. These gifts, or spiritual abilities, are given to every believer. They are to be discovered, developed and distributed for the purpose of serving others.
