At ELA, our desire is to help men discover and fulfill God’s plan and purposes for their lives, to take up their God-ordained role as the head of the family, and to be leaders in the church, community and marketplace.
We believe that true sustained spiritual growth happens in the context of strong God-honouring relationships among Christian brothers. Through our partnership with Man in the Mirror, we seek to provide pastors with tools to engage every man with a credible offer of Christ, and with the resources to help them to grow.
