Million Leaders Mandate was launched in Asia in January of 2003 and expanded to Africa, Europe and Latin America in successive years from 2004 to 2006. The Million Leaders Mandate is currently active in over 100 countries on four continents, and has engaged more than 1.5 million leaders around the world.
 
Equipping Leaders for Asia (ELA) has implemented the Million Leaders Mandate in almost 20 nations in the Asia-Pacific region. ELA staff and Associate Trainers are training thousands of certified trainers in key nations, who in turn have committed to train other leaders. The exponential result is thousands of leaders trained for the Body of Christ.
