Last Thursday and Friday on the 29th - 30th, 10 of our associate and national trainers participated in the higly interactive workshop that focusses on skill areas critical to bein a best-in-class facilitator. In the Tools For Trainer Excellence training the participants learned a variety of proven techniques to enhance both their presentation style and their leadership ability. The training was conducted by our associate trainer Jasmine Ng.
