Mentoring and Coaching at Health Care Fellowship, Singapore
Health Care Fellowship (HCF) Singapore began in 1985 with a group of healthcare Christians in National University Hospital. Last Saturday, on the 23rd August 2008, 20 people from the HCF attended the seminar on mentoring and coaching by Mike Griffin. The programme for the day was a customized one with lessons from MLM: The Wisest Investment You’ll Ever Make, Habitudes: Emotional Fuel and Pop Quiz and AchiveGlobal: Giving Recognition and Constuctive Feedback. The seminar was well accepted by HCF.

Success That Matters at The Bible Church, Singapore
In the heart of every man burns an intense desire for his life to count - that his life will have mattered. A man’s most innate need is his need to be significant. All men want to lead a successful, happy, meaningful life. "Success that matters" is a well-balanced, priority-based success that yields a deep sense of meaning and purpose. It is not based on cultural norms but on the timeless truths of the Bible.

On the 16th August 2008, 30 men from The Bible Church’s (TBC) Men’s ministry attended the Success that Matters programme. Their heart’s desire is to lead a significant, meaningful, purposeful and successful life. After the training, they are to go through the Life plan with a small group of men for life changing results. The Life Plan is a road map to help build or rebuild a success that really matters. It is a step-by-step guide to help you think through where you are, and decide where you want to go.

The Habitudes Train the Trainer
We live in a culture rich with images. We grew up with photographs, TV, movies, MTV, and DVDs. We can’t escape the power of the visual image, and most of us don’t want to.

Why? Because pictures stick. We remember pictures long after words have left us. The Habitudes series is a resource created by Dr Tim Elmore from Growing Leaders to help students navigate their leadership journey - and is designed to help you equip this generation for leadership by using pictures, questions and experiences.

On the 7th-9th July 2008, 14 people, from different churches and organisation in Singapore and Johor Bahru, attended our Habitudes Train the Trainer. It was a 3 days programme conducted by our trainers David Elliott and Sharon Ng.

Million Leaders Mandate Train the Trainers at FGBMFI
Full Gospel Business Men’s Fellowship International are businessmen, men of high status, as well as ordinary men. Their vision is that the light of Jesus shall shine forth from each of their men into every culture, nation, race, language, and creed. That vision is becoming a reality through the Fellowship’s ministries, now touching approximately 150 nations and transcending denominational, racial and cultural barriers.
We conducted a Million Leaders Mandate Train the Trainer for the Full Gospel Business Men’s Fellowship on the 3rd to 5th July 2008. 12 men attended the training conducted by Mike Griffin.

Tools For Trainer Excellence, Colombo
On the 24th -25th, 7 national trainers from Colombo were selected to attend the 2 days highly interactive workshop that focusses on skill areas critical to being a best-in-class facilitator. The workshop was held at the Global Towers Hotel.
In the Tools For Trainer Excellence training the participants learned a variety of proven techniques to enhance both their presentation style and their leadership ability. The training was conducted by our associate trainer, Mike Griffin assisted by Loy d’Sousa.

Million Leaders Mandate launched during Hope Cambodia - Joyce Meyer Ministries
On the 20th and 21st May 2008, around 60 people from 30 different churches in the Battambang and Banteaymeanchey province attended the MLM Notebook 2 training which was held in AOG Battambang, Sarun Tong. The training was conducted by MLM trainers Wayne Kwan and Michael Shepherd.

On the 23rd and 24th May 2008, the MLM training for Notebook 3 was held in New Life Fellowship, Phnom Penh with Jesse McCaul as the Senior Pastor. 110 church leaders, pastors, NGO managers from Kandal, Takeo, Kompong Speu, Kompong Thom province attended the training which was conducted by MLM trainers Michael Griffin and Michael Shepherd.

13 participants, including the Vice President and Youth Coordinator of the SIB Church in Sarawak, were equipped with the skills from the Tools for Trainer Excellence, which help them to exhibit new-found confidence and enthusiam for their ministry. The training was conducted in Sibu, East Malaysia on the 16th - 17th May 2008, by our associate trainer John van Tonder.
