Our Strategy

The ELA Model of growth and disciple-raising is centered around a three-stage process of “Create—Capture—Sustain”.

Stage 1

Create Value through Catalytic Events: In this stage, in order to help people overcome their inertia and gain the momentum to create life-change, a motivational church-based seminar or event is held and everyone is invited to attend. Participants learn and are inspired by basic principles of leadership and growth.

Stage 2

Capture Momentum through Small Groups: After a successful event, follow-up is crucial to help participants apply these vital truths in their lives. During the event, everyone is challenged to sign up for a small group where they can find mentoring and accountability. These groups will be resourced with relevant materials and challenged to apply God’s vital truths in their everyday lives to help members create genuine life-change.

Stage 3

Sustain Change through Ministry Opportunities: Upon completion of the small group sessions, participants are challenged to put their faith into action, either through initiating projects to reach out to the community around them, signing up for ministry opportunities in the local church, or to be a small group leader for subsequent groups.
