Equipping Leaders for Asia, a registered Singapore Non Profit, requires a Training Curriculum Developer to expand its library of Interactive Leadership Training.  Our Intellectual property is Christian Based material from John Maxwell of EQUIP.

The candidate must have excellent English writing and computer skills and have at least 3 years experience in Training and Learning Methodology Design and Development.

Interns/Sabbaticals

We offer internships/sabbaticals at our office in Singapore. It is ideal for tertiary students and staff of missions/churches who are looking for sabbatical opportunities. You will gain a rich experience working at a leadership development organization.  Within this role, you’ll be helping people throughout the whole of Asia develop their leadership potential.

You will have the opportunity to design and develop curriculum including learning resources, interact with influential leaders, plan events, and administer partnerships with churches and organizations across Asia. Depending on your background you may support work areas in

a) Training/Facilitation

b) Curriculum development

c) Seminar administration

Secretary / Administrator

We are looking for a full-time secretary / administrator. Minimum 5 years experience. Applicant needs to have strong secretarial and administrative skills. Basic bookkeeping knowledge is also required.

Associate Trainers

We are looking for Pastors and Christian business/professional leaders who are proven leaders and able communicators, who have a passion for raising and equipping Christian leaders for the Body of Christ.

The Associate Trainer must be willing to commit to a specific international city or two conferences per year for a minimum of three years.
